Gail Belsky is the author of The List: 100 Ways to Shake Up Your Life, and the editor of a collection of essays on mid-life relationships, Over the Hill and Between the Sheets (Springboard Press, 2008). She’s also been an editor on the baby care What To Expect Foundation.

She specializes in women’s and family issues, parenting and health and with a background in business journalism, she’s worked in many media, including magazines, the web, and books. In addition, she’s an adjunct professor of journalism at Fordham University.

Her writing has appeared in Parents magazine, the Philadelphia Inquirer, American Baby, Health.com, MoneyWatch.com and the essay collection, The Imperfect Mom: Candid Confessions of Mothers Living in the Real World (Broadway), among other places.
