Melea, always good to hear from you. Glad this could be helpful. It seems to have struck a chord with a lot of people this weekend when I sent it out on my newsletter. If I can be of any help, please let me know. It would be my pleasure. All the best.

Thanks for sharing this great commencement speech Craig. It is a pleasure to get to know about a man who truly understands failure, and who knows very well how to fail your way to success. For anyone else reading this post and comment, I've posted the link to the speech here. http://www.avonoldfarms.com/cf_media2/index.cfm?g=307&menu=1 Hope you have survived Irene well.
All the best, Jacqueline

Jacqueline - go to the Avon Old Farms School website and type Nelson Peltz into the search line at the upper right corner of the main page. Nelson gave the commencement speech for my son's 2009 graduating class and the topic was on failure. It was a classic and delivered to a group of people who needed to hear it the most....kids ready to head to college, and thinking they already know everything. His speech started out by telling every graduating student that they would fail (which he repeated multiple times for emphasis) and then went on to say it would be how they handled their failures that would determine their success in life.
